Today’s task was to help cook Gingerbread.
We didn’t quite get to this in a timely fashion. Mostly because they were so taken with the card making:-) In the end, I made the dough (I did remember to add more ginger to this batch, we’ll see how it goes) and they will play with it tomorrow.

Week 5, Block 9, Edith Term (Break Week)
We’ll continue singing Clementine, but that’s all (for Puggle, at least…)
Of course, I need to do quite a bit. I have some decisions to make towards the Christmas Block (who will we do as our picture book artist? Which songs will we do from the musicals? What are the kids going to make for Christmas presents? What am I going to put out for card making?) I also need to (actually get to it!) make a decision about our first Latin programme and which French picture books we’ll get and encourage Paddington to make the final choice of maths programme…
Then there’s the preparation for Christmas proper (and Advent). I need to work out what I’m actually planning, and get that all set up!
Busy, busy, busy:-)
